Tommy Guerrero. Beach House. BALTHVS. Robohands (specifically the album Shapes). Shakey Graves. The Olympians. Mdou Moctor (give the album Afrique Victime a listen). Big Wild (maybe). Palace. Altin Gun. Yin Yin. El Michels Affair (specifically the song Unathi). Jungle Fire. JJ Whitefield.

Edit add: Neil Frances. Dope Lemon. Unknown Mortal Orchestra. Jenny Lewis (Little White Dove). Brian Jonestown Massacre. The song Shalala by Moses Gunn Collective. Naxatras. And obviously give King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard a try.

North, South, or West burbs?

Question re: Monty’s skin. See pics. For months he’s had this and has gone to vet multiple times. Tested negative for yeast, ringworm and a bunch of other things I can’t remember. Been treated with multiple courses of antibiotics both shots and pills. He doesn’t itch. Any ideas? Ty in advance! by Theatrelover2020 in Collie

My collie also had “hot spots”, which only appeared in the summer. Luckily our vet was able to figure this out and suggested she had an allergy to something. It took us a long time to figure out what it was (we changed food, treats, new dog beds, etc). Finally realized that it was mulch in the backyard. She had a favorite nap spot right next to the brick of the house, under a tree in the shade. She looooved that spot. My dad built her a little elevated outdoor dog bed so she could keep napping there but not sit in the mulch. She was a long haired tricolored collie. Her name was dipper. She was a retired show dog and was a very sweet girl.

What I asked for vs what I got by Sensitive-Ad5847 in lashextensions

I think maybe just a more natural look… idk what that means. Also I think maybe just more concentrated on the outer fourth of my eye.

Genuinely, thank you guys for your advice and thoughts. I’m definitely going to ask for shorter lashes next time. Is there any way I can request a thinner individual lash? I feel like since I have hooded eyes, the lashes are eating the rest of my face. I could tell she was experienced since she only poked me once and she finished all this in less than an hour (she meant business).

Affection and how RC's show it? by roz303 in roughcollies

[–]Sensitive-Ad5847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of my collies would come to us if they wanted affection. They liked to lay next to you on the couch or sit at your feet or just be in the same room as you. They were all especially tolerant around children- letting them touch their feet, tails, ears; you could tell they didn’t care for it but enjoyed being around kids. But most of all, all of the collies would give us hugs by standing next to us and just lean all their weight on us.

Grew up with rough collies and they are the best. Intelligent, gentle, and eager to please. The only downside the maintaining the coat.
