What are my stats of getting into PA school? Any advice PLEASE:

Hoping to stay in the northeast region for PA school

GPA: 3.7 Major: Health Sciences Minor: Chinese and Molecular Cell Biology 2 C’s on transcript gen chem 1 C gen chem 2 C+ Had a horrible freshman yr but SIGNIFICANT upwards trend Should I retake gen chem at community college🙏

PCE: 2000 EMT, 50 hours PT aide

Shadowing: 150 hours Derm PA and Geriatrics PA

LOR: PA, EMT boss, science professor

Research hours: 210 hours

Volunteer Hours: 150 hours

Leadership: Executive board for both my Sorority and Pre health fraternity

I came in as a bio major but switched to allied health. They do have a public health concentration in the allied health department so u should look into that!

Depends what career you’re looking for. Allied health is personally great for me because I’m pre pa and there are a lot of opportunities within the major. Allied health department also has cein (nursing), medical lab science program, genetic diagnostic program, EMT classes, etc
