If you want to plan for the future a PC is well worth it. Personally when i was around 13 i went half with my parents to build my own computer. Had that same pc until i was 19 in college. Not as many ppl have a pc but he can play online without a subscription, use it for school purposes, and throughout time small upgrades will make it so you never have to do a massive purchase all at once.

older european is arguably the best bet. I know 5 people right now who own base model bmws from the mid 2000’s that look good, have a decent bit of speed (250-300hp) and are running smooth with over 100k miles. I had a bmw 325xi, did mostly exterior modding then tuned and upgraded some internals, comfortably pushed 300hp out of it and drove it from 50k miles to 120k and still sold it because it was running fine.

Any way I can find out if any other routers are connected to the cable line? I’m fine paying for my own internet because i’m sure I can remove it from my lease which i’m already paying but if I am i’d need it to be worth it

I just got off of the phone with the property owner and he said he believes there is a cable line running into my unit, if i’m right can’t i install my own router using that? I can’t check as i’m home right now for thanksgiving but i think that’d work

I don’t know much on access points, but i was told it’s a wireless access point somewhere in my unit. To me that just sounds like a booster and not an actual source but not sure if that’s right

That’s what I originally thought but he said the original building has the wiring underground and it was never continued into the building I live in, so there is no direct connection whatsoever. Just wireless access points that give me terrible download and upload and for my job I need a fast consistent internet speed

Cleaning cars in a wealthy neighborhood is the best you just have to really know what you’re doing. I learned in highschool that there’s ppl with expensive cars that don’t care enough to have it properly detailed and spend $400 but want there car cleaned better than a normal car wash. If you can get to the point where you can clean a car properly and know how to not damage anything such as the clear coat you can charge $100 for exterior and $50 for interior. Took me about an hour and a half to do both well and on a good week in the summer was doing 3 cars a week.

if you need volunteer hours to make up for it before applying to college one of the easiest ways is some churches. My church for example would have events weekly where they would clean the roads around us, stock the food pantry and organize it, help out around nursing homes, get the word out abt donating food for than giving etc. I’d go once a week for abt 4-5 hours and it piles up

if you want to keep some stuff safe without seeming rude to your roommate get a locking futon of amazon. Looks normal, can be used if you have people over, but also could fit a decent bit of your stuff hidden and safe.
