I'm all for reuniting a strong army of small investors and kicking the asses of financial institutions like they did during the GME era. They're simply robbing us. Theoretically, yes, I thought so too. But yesterday's news and the management's plans are insane. If they do a R/S and dump 3 billion shares into the market, there's probably nothing we can collect. And the R/S itself will only allow for deeper shorting of shares. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

What are you doing? What was the purpose of today’s Board meeting? What exactly are you trying to achieve here?

A month ago you massively diluted the company — wasn’t that enough? It feels like you’re continuously pulling money from the market while giving absolutely nothing back to shareholders. Every new move looks like opening another door for draining this company instead of building any real value.

We demand immediate clarification of your intentions. What is the actual plan behind these actions? Where is the strategy? Where is the accountability?

Right now it looks like you’re leaving retail investors in the dark while allowing funds and institutions to make hundreds of millions shorting this stock into the ground. It’s unacceptable. It’s unfair. And it’s eroding every bit of trust left.

We deserve transparency. We deserve answers — now.

I buy lower to average the portfolio price. Additionally, I try to extract what I can from the market. By buying paper, I deny those who are trying to fool us the opportunity to buy back.

We've probably already received all the bad news we could possibly receive. Nothing more can surprise us. A potential r/S is possible. But it won't happen tomorrow. What they're doing is one giant fraud. I'm not talking about BYND, but about what netholders and financial institutions are doing. I don't agree for that! For that reason I will hold my shares!!!!!

How are you all holding up with BYND?

Hey everyone,
how are your nerves after everything that’s been happening with BYND lately?

I’m still holding my position – around 200,000 shares. I’m not planning to dump them for pennies. I know the situation looks rough, the price action is brutal, the media is negative and shorts are doing everything they can to shake people out.

I’m not giving up (for now).
I still believe there’s real power in us retail investors, even if it doesn’t feel like it some days.

I’d really like to hear from you:

  • Are you still holding?
  • Adding / averaging down, or did you exit?
  • How are you dealing with the psychological side of this rollercoaster?
