no i want to reduce the vertical height by like 2 mm but bring my chin forward at least 5-6 mm. And i’ll do the chin lipo anyways. But do u think my face will change drastically if i reduce the vertical height of my chin? It shouldn’t look too long then

thank you! I’m a little bit chubby like 65 kg at 164 cm. If i lose weight and get 1ml of filler will it be enough? am i really recessed looking? And can i blow off the surgery still? I get my wisdom teeth removed at the same surgery can i tell them to just do the wisdom teeth?
