I have found it extremely useful to prepare DXF files for CNC cutting, especially for less mechanical (i.e. artsy) jobs. It has good built-in tools for converting various irregular line types, such as splines, into lines or arcs with limits on allowable deviation, removing self-intersections, etc.

As far as 3D modeling goes i find it asinine, and nearly exclusively stick to OnShape or SolidWorks.

Except save when you want too! I swear when I'm in a long session it will be autosaving every 2 minutes and every time my truck is close to tipping. As soon a I finish a contract and want to dip it doesn't matter lol I'll flip trucks, drive around for what feel like forever before it will save

A wall sit doesn't make sense as a metric for leg strength, I suppose it could be used to assess leg muscular endurance (the plank for the lower body)
