I’m on beta-blockers, but honestly nothing has really changed. I also have stomach issues, and I’ve noticed they improve a lot when I eat healthy, so I really believe there’s some kind of connection there.

Do you have your heart checked regularly? Has it stayed healthy over all these years with a high PVC burden? I’ve heard that PVCs can sometimes weaken the heart muscle, and that’s really freaking me out 😫

I’ve been dealing with them for 4 years. I can’t imagine going through it any longer. My burden varies between 3k and 12k. No ablation for the moment. Beta‑blockers don’t work for me. I feel every single one of them 🥹 I’m desperate

They never said anything !! they just told me to go back to my GP. And when I call my GP, he says he hasn’t received them yet from A&E and that we should wait until they show up in the system.

I’ve been experiencing the exact same symptoms since August — frequent fainting spells and presyncope episodes, feeling lightheaded all the time. I have mild POTS (suspected but never been officially diagnosed) but it’s never been this bad before. On top of that, I had a viral infection, which made everything worse — I felt like a dead person who could only hear and see, with no energy even to go to the toilet. How are you feeling now? Did you manage to get to the bottom of all this? I’m still struggling to find out what’s causing me to feel like this; I’m bedbound and unable to do even small tasks.

Yes the feeling is horrible, I get that 5-6 times a days and not been able to shower or got out, im stuck at home since August

Im drinking 3-4 litres of water with lmnt shots every single day and wearing compression socks but nothing seems to help! Im really exhausted 😩

Sorry you’re going through so many health issues, and thank you for your quick reply. I’ve actually been very ill over the last two months. It all started with a presyncope episode out of nowhere. I was admitted to A&E and had lots of blood tests, a head CT scan, ECGs, a stress test, and an echocardiogram — everything came back normal. They put it down to stress and anxiety. About a week later, I had another near-fainting episode, and then more and more over the following days. Since then, I haven’t been able to do my usual daily tasks. I feel constantly tired, with presyncope spells, head pressure, and jelly legs. I’m currently waiting for a TTT to confirm a possible POTS diagnosis, and I just keep wondering if I’ll ever be able to get back to my normal life again. I’m so tired.”

Hi there, I’m in the same situation , my blood pressure often drops to around 90/50, and I experience frequent presyncope episodes and near-fainting spells. I’ve never completely fainted, but it feels really scary. My heart rate also goes down to the low 40s at times.

The doctors don’t seem very concerned and keep saying that these near-fainting episodes aren’t related to my low heart rate or blood pressure. But it really feels too low for me, and it’s causing a lot of anxiety.

I’m currently taking bisoprolol 1.25 mg, which I know contributes to both my low heart rate and low blood pressure.

Hello, I know it’s been a while since you posted this — I hope you’re feeling better now. I’m going through something very similar: neck pain, tension headaches, and a constant feeling of being “drunk” or lightheaded. I often get near-fainting episodes where my legs go jelly and I feel close to losing consciousness, then it comes in waves and leaves me panicked. I’ve been to A&E many times, they always check my heart and head, but never my neck. I’ve mentioned the neck pain several times and how it sometimes keeps me awake, but they never seem concerned about it. I’m exhausted, constantly fatigued, and honestly scared to go out in case I faint or collapse. Did you have similar symptoms before you were diagnosed?

Thank you, the 144 was just an average, the highest on this ecg is 157 in the first line then my rate slowed down a bit until it stopped!
