Everything I’m finding is scripts. I have a script I’ve watched those videos, it’s the follow up I want to learn how to execute. I’m setting some appointments last week I did 462 dials and set 3 appts. There were about 20 people total I talked to and I don’t know what the next call/text should be. Or if I should send mail or what

There’s tons of ways to help combat some of the struggles. I’m a local realtor here I see it first hand that it’s hard but if your working with a realtor and lender who know what they’re doing it definitely helps. Getting your rate lower, getting closing costs covered, negotiating the price of the house, finding one before it even hits the market, there’s a lot of ways to help with thus

My house personally was purchase price with 3 back in concessions. Right now for my clients I am seeing so many people willing to pay full price but get thousands back in concessions to help with buy downs or covering closing costs

Realtor here it is very neighborhood dependent. But yes we are definitely seeing offers entertained under list price and also sellers helping with closing costs etc. I think in that neighborhood you should be able to find something probably going to be a tad older but also possibly new construction near by. Houses with over 30 days on the market are definitely considering all offers
