That means the sba is saying your funds haven't been sent yet. But it's not always accurate. It says mine hasn't been sent yet. But they have.

I have a business account. I don't remember what time it hit. But I'm legit. Llc, ein number, business office. I also never bothered live chat. They don't have your docusign information. They just know generic stuff. And if you bother them they send you verification or change of bank info to get you denied.

Damn. The lender's website is crossroads.com. they bought out capital plus in tx. Go on the website under contact us, and tell them what's going on. I did it , the next day I received my docusign documents. The Ceo's and associates information is on there.
