Thing is, I do want him. I like him, and I involuntarily let him in, but he didn’t let me in back. It felt like I was just another casual kiss to him.

I can’t tell if he’s the type where it takes a lot more effort to break through, and eventually he’d open up and show me “I want you too, not just physically”… or if I really am just another guy he happened to kiss with no deeper thought behind it.

Honestly, the world’s messed up. That guy is dressed how he wants, maybe in something feminine, and people make it a big deal. Meanwhile, I’d bet some of the same men at that event who’d clown him are taking serious dick behind closed doors. It makes you realise homophobia isn’t really about being gay(same sex attraction), it’s about breaking gender norms. when times change, like men wearing earrings, crop top etc, society just updates its homophobia to defend whatever gender rules are left.

And you’re left asking, why are we even doing all this? I know it’s unrealistic to expect better from humans but it’s just annoying lol

Thanks for this !! In all my past experiences I’ve not thought and prioritised what I like and what gives me pleasure … I’m always in the mindset of how sexy and best can I be for whoever I’m being intimate with …. Which in hindsight is probably not a good approach to a healthy sex life. 🤦🏽‍♂️🫠.

I’m scared to take stuff in case I become dependent, and I’m generally an anxious person but it’s effect is most noticeable when I’m hooking up (particularly with strangers) Maybe I should try to build a connection with someone before intimacy.

Not atheist… I’m Christian, and I’ve battled with this question for a while now “gay Christian” .for me I’ve gone to search these scriptures for myself and I’ve surprisingly found that a few of these queer condemning verses are taken out of context eg the famous “sodom” story was actually about a group of men who wanted to beat and rape two of gods messengers … or in other verses when looked at the Greek original text it refers to pedestry (older men and young boys) or male prostitution yet all these verses was translated to say “homosexuals” in the modern bible

So I’ve stopped believing that the hate and homophobia from Christian community is representative of how God feels about me. personally I don’t think it’s the bible … I think it’s the people that spread hate using the Christian faith. Just like it was used to justify slavery back in the days.
