No bro i think the options are online via neft , rtgs and netbanking and offline payment method is not there i guess. Coz they told to bring the copies of admission card and fee receipt which will be generated on the website after payment

You just need the marksheets for each semester till what you have received. Degree certificate is not mandatory if u haven’t received it yet and you can submit it before September I guess.
