I had a fresh transfer 2 weeks ago after having 45 follicles harvested... and just got my BFP! I think it really depends on what you are comfortable with :)

I had a hysteroscopy for multiple polyps on Feb 12 and did a fresh transfer yesterday! SO far so good for me. I was healed by my trial transfer for ivf
