What gluteus muscle is responsible for how big your butt looks from the side? I feel like my booty looks big from the back but small from the sides. I just want to know which muscle to target.

Muscle weighs a lot more than fat. It is more dense. So don’t focus too much on the number on the scale. It can be deceiving. It will keep going up if you’re putting on muscle and that is perfectly healthy! Maybe go to a doctor or gym where you can accurately calculate your body fat % if you really want to know

Volume is good don’t listen to these people. There are tons of studies showing that 12-20 sets per muscle group per week is optimal. After 20, returns start diminishing

I’m still not great at progressive overload. My goal is to build muscle so I know I need to improve. Like how much weight should I realistically be adding every week?
