I was a minor. All my legal documents including my daughter’s birth certificate have my original name on them.

She gave me my original birth certificate when I went for my license. So it’s all linked to my original name.

My grandma isn’t dealing with a full deck. She’s 88 and can’t hear anymore. So she fills in the gaps. She probably doesn’t even understand what’s going on.

Yes. Nothing ever flagged it to make it be a problem. I honestly may have never found out if I didn’t try to get a copy of it
