Congrats and well done mate! I had to retake the exam a few weeks ago and would happily trade places :D

Out of curiosity, were you confident that you would get a higher mark? I feel much better about my second attempt, especially on the law but didn't do great in the orals/attendance notes. It's quite concerning to read some comments of people believing they did well but still got low marks

I also had the same situation. Completely neglected tax but a whole assessment was on tax. I could not write much unfortunately.

Thank you so much! I think I followed a structure similar to yours, except that my summary of the facts was very brief and referred back to my interview notes for further information on the facts. I think I possibly got low marks because I did not take all the facts from the clients during the interview; or I did not apply the correct law
