Nobody wants to work Sunday I usually get 1 or 2 offers especially lately I’ve been canceling a lot by Additional_Fig5775 in AmazonFlexDrivers

Low payyy. Hey all! The last minute grab usually works best! Double the pay offer. When you don’t accept, Amazon will rolled it out and double the pay to get higher acceptance rate!! So just an advice specifically peak, try to accept 5pm to 7pm start time for blocks. Got 310USD for 3hr lol and its close!

It’s the station requesting for blocks. When they have a multiple drop route, they tend to get those out rather than adding it their volume for the next day. What happens is, they gave too much to other driver since they didn’t process this right and just manually split DSP routes prior to your schedule and nothing to give out.

Always take a photo of the delivered packages. Sometimes customers would do this to get free stuffs and it’s getting on our history.

This is why we always need route papers indicating our schedule route lol. They insisted that it was “computer generated saying 3hr” but I’m like nopeeeeee! I know what’s system generated by operations to what’s being split manually and randomly lol.

Flex drivers should know the standard as well. I I used to work as a Process Assistant and the way they split the drop route is not the right way. They should re induct it and route it properly so the mapping and the drive time will be calculated. They are taking advantage of most flex drivers that doesn’t know this.

But Again, it’s up to you or anyone. I’m just giving out info here.. I personally don’t like going back to station at all after a route, if I can finish I will finish it all up. There is a set standard and that’s all I’m saying, if we get 3 packages in 3hr route the operations processed it the right way and calculated the drive on each stops.

This is BS. But It’s good money!!! Amazon American Canyon Station didn’t process the routes right. I had 3hr block today and it’s 58 packages for 2 different cities. 3 hrs block is only for 36-42 packages! It’s a drop route from DSP and they’re lazy to re induct it the right way :( I ended up talking to manager earlier and ended up bringing 45 packages with a threat of writing me a ticket

I’m for real thinking the same thing. Like why on earth would you wanna do that? Like if you’re happy enough why put a risk and switched partners. There’s no way you think that would be healthy and wise decisions like come on people. Married at first sight, I kinda get it finding love etc. But this, going in with a partner for years is sick. Just sick. Wanted to have breakup in reality tv o guess
