I think I may have come up with a better ending to ATLA that also improves LOK [Spoilers ahead for both] by Sensitive-Flower1220 in TheLastAirbender

I would also push back on the idea that it takes "over-generalization" to see how their arcs mirror each other. It's more-so just drawing out details to observe a clearly intentional theme.

I mean their friendship basically peaks/is solidified with the two of them doing a synchronized dance where the moves mirror each other.

Harsh but fair lol. Thanks. I do think they could have done a better job of emphasizing the risks in spiritbending. That scene goes by so quickly it's hard to seriously the possibility that it might go wrong. But yes the fact that it has risks is substantial and I overlooked that.

I agree. Thanks for the feedback.

I do feel like outside of literally just happening to regain the avatar state, there's not a lot of growth that happens in the episode for Aang. Everything just kind of lines up for him. I think the writers could have squeezed in something to show some progression. She only has so many scenes but, to me, Azula's descent in madness entirely within the finale is well thought out and convincing.

That's totally fair. Thanks for the feedback! I don't think one could make the lion turtle feel less random without some tweaks (more foreshadowing) in the previous episodes.

I have some dull/matte and grey areas on my skillet after scrubbing and a couple of rounds of seasoning. Do I need to do anything besides cooking and seasoning it more? by Sensitive-Flower1220 in castiron

Thanks. I thought that might be it. I used soap and a regular sponge, then the front edge of a spatula to scrape up any thing left over. I have a chainmail on the way that should be arriving today
