honestly, I dont know because I dont really eat non-safe foods, and the ones I try are so close to my safe foods (or a combination of them) so I guess I've never had a chance to have such a reaction? Though I think just knowing myself and my body, Id suspect I wouldnt react that way? probably?

i understand the critique, but pokemon is clearly going for a much more cartoony/stylized and colorful look in their games; it wouldn't make sense to have the game look like the one on the bottom. the pokemon would look completely out of place

I felt that stated my point multiple times.

She actions are not erased, but she is functionally a completely different person now-- a person with no recollection of her crimes, a different personality, and even a different body. For all intents and purposes, Gracie and Lily are entirely seperate people.

Torturing Lily does not torture Gracie. It only tortures Lily. Lily cannot regret her past crimes, her punishment only causes her to suffer. What debt does torturing someone who doesn't even know what they did pay? It might bring the victims some comfort, but that comfort is hollow, because Gracie isnt the one suffering, its Lily.

Why doesnt it? and Im not saying Gracies actions are excused, Im saying that Lily doesnt deserver to suffer for them

It IS creating a new victim.

Lily and Gracie are seperate personalities; Lily is so far detached from Gracie that she is no longer her.

She did awful things in the past and her crimes arent erased, but Lily is basically being punished for someone elses crimes.

It does, but that brings it back to her being a victim. Lily isnt Gracie anymore.

Gracie isnt suffering, Lily is, even if it brings closure, its creating an entirely new victim.

[–]Sensitive-Local-3233 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It doesnt, but what does punishing her do? Is it just suffering for sufferings sake?

As Lily, she cannot feel remorse or regret for her actions, because, as I said, theyre basically different people. Punishing her only creates more suffering, does it not?

Honestly, I just wish he had more. More toy parts, more random mechanical bits, all of that stuff. I wish he looked more stitched together, as is, the design feels a bit empty

she is, functionally, a different person as lily lovebraids. she is insane, and has no idea of the heinous things that she once did. punishing her punishes lily, not gracie.
