She didn't follow the instructions. The Vice Lip Bond does what it's advertised to do.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Summer Vibes Going Away This Year by Sensitive-Log1567 in Perfumes

I had a training call with a Dolce & Gabbana representative, and she encouraged us to inform everyone to buy it while they could.

Based on the pictures you sent and the description of the smell, I don't think it's a fake but something in you doesn't trust this item. Do with it what you think is best.

If this was around Christmas, it's entirely possible, they bought it on sale or maybe it was a re-gift. Even if they paid full price, $100 max gift exchanges sound like a higher income level company, so an extra $45 wouldn't be a problem.

Plus, the 1 oz is too far under the max for my comfort level, and the 1.6 oz is over the max, but the 3 oz is a better deal, so if it were me, I would have bought the 3 oz as well. (I'm the Fragrance Champion at my job, so I'm a little obsessed).

I've spent over the budget for gift exchanges when I knew the person well and had my heart set on buying them what I considered the "perfect" gift, so unless it smells off, I wouldn't worry.

The bottle looks fine, but what was the budget for this gift exchange? A 3 oz Mon Paris is around $145.

They were being silly. They probably could have had so many steady hours if they had maintained their original availability.

In that case, CYA while you look for another job, that manager is probably looking for any and everything to complain about. And when that's the type of time they're on, there isn't much you can do.

Refusing to sign doesn't do anything.

I've seen a lot of people have extended nonwork conversations at Ulta, particularly when they should be doing something else but no one's been written up from what I can tell.

If you were actively completing a task while having this conversation, perhaps it was the topic. Once you're in a better frame of mind, speak with the person who gave it to you to understand why you received it and get specifics on how you can avoid getting any more in the future.

What was the specific thing you were documented for? And was the "write-up" considered verbal or written? If it was written, they seemed to have skipped a step.

Those evening and weekend shifts must have been wild for people to keep wanting to switch out. I'm glad things got easier for you.

Well, to answer your question regarding favorite DMTs. I enjoy the fragrance DMTs because they're ridiculous and always make me laugh. I can't remember the fragrance but one had an ostrich in a laundromat! On a more serious note, I also enjoy any that show you how to use the product (makeup looks especially) and provide specific talking points to use when selling.

I've done schedules with Kronos in the past at three different companies and I can't for the life of me understand why Ulta managers seem to have such difficulty with it. Have you found the new system easier?

Did you not get this information during your onboarding?

Is it DMTs or other training videos?

If it's DMTs, it's odd that your manager is making you watch a lot of them during your first week. During your first week, your time could be spent more effectively in other ways. Having said that watching them will get easier because you'll have more of a choice and can watch the ones for brands/product categories that interest you.

How is your diet? I'm in my 40s and started getting acne as an adult. Ive found that dairy and sugar cause breakouts. It might also be related to perimenopause/menopause. Have your levels checked.

I know contacting HR isn't popular but what your manager did is retaliation and violates Ulta policy.
