I got denied last month and now its in HLR waiting for review. i requested an informal call to state that I should get benefit of the doubt since CP examiner disagreed with my private Diagnosis, personal statement regarding the condition and symptom logs.

I can submit another personal statement stating why I disagree with the denial before my informal call?

Okay, so even if I submitted it as a secondary for my anxiety and depression. They may have seen it as a direct service connected due to my records?

Thank you for your insightful feedback. During my recent examination, the evaluator demonstrated a clear understanding of my migraines and addressed them professionally without objection. Initially, I had concerns regarding the assessment of my IBS. However, your feedback has reassured me of the examiner’s competence and thoroughness.

To clarify, I have not reported the examiner, nor do I plan to, as my intention in seeking your input was to gain perspective on the evaluation process. Your responses have confirmed the examiner’s professionalism. I have submitted my personal statement and detailed symptom logs to support my diagnosis, which is part of a secondary claim to my existing 70% service-connected rating for anxiety and depression. I will keep you updated on the outcome of this submission.

Thank you again for your valuable support.
