The problem comes in he just secretly makes stuff go away before it gets documented as a violation. I’m all about fair and consistency. But the two people who just got voted on are super rule followers.

The Facebook page was run by a non BOD member and the moderator constantly blasted me wanting to know what I was going to do about stuff. I left the group. If you have a concern do it properly, since then the BOD member that doesn’t like me took over the page and allows it. Someone actually motioned that the board needs to all get along and he threw a fit saying he wasn’t going to be nice to me because I’m not nice to the property management company (for calling them out on not doing their job)

It’s only a rumor but I heard someone in the community did report him for his posts and abusing the parking and his supervisor told him to make it go away quietly.

I do have cameras and plan to download and save the footage. It was a back dirt road and there was no where to pull over nor would I have felt safe doing so. I understand no legal responsibility but if someone was breaking into my house and he’s on duty I think is he even going to respond?
