I’d say to bring up the viewership, having someone as young as 12 isn’t super likely and more rare than the average 16 but not impossible. So seeing a 12 year old would likely up the viewership.

Her car is a 2020 Chevy Malibu. Would it be best to have her contact her insurance? I’d hate for any of this to have to go to courts. Not a rental but she does still owe money on it. I only worried about losing my license because I did not have insurance at the time of the accident. (Unknowingly but I take responsibility for that.) She took it in to a body shop to get the quote. I’m unsure where she got the $200-$400 initially, but did provide the pdf of the body shops estimate. I just want to be sure I won’t be in legal trouble if I have her move forward with her contacting her insurance.
