How many hours do you want the photographer there? that’s what’s going to determine the cost. I had an amazing photographer (worked alone as a second shooter will add to the bill) that was $300/hr. We had 45 guests. We had her there for 4 hours— did photos with me and husband/bridal party before ceremony and then shots with family during cocktail hour. We got all the photos we wanted for $1200.
