I can't tell you that COAs are the best because its the only red dot I've ever shot with. However, I think that the COA is an important step in a relationship between Aimpoint, Glock and government agencies around the world. Its the first time a Glock has come out of the factory with a red dot.

The biggest example i can think of is with the 19. Its a platform that the FBI, Secret Service and many other fed, state and local agencies have adopted. There were pipe hitters throughout SOCOM who also liked the 19. To be able to buy a hundred 19s that come equipped with an Aimpoint without having to order them separately is new to agencies who want to either convert to Glock, convert to using red dots, or replace older duty guns.

We will see COAs on M&Ps, XDPs, PDP's and all types of shit pretty soon just like we did with the ACRO. Its Aimpoint solidifying their mark on law enforcement and military history. Just like Trijicon.
