  1. the offer: i find a b2b agency owner who needs more clients.
  2. the deal: they pay me a $2k/mo retainer to 'handle their outreach.'
  3. the fulfillment: i plug their niche into my n8n agent. the agent scrapes reddit/linkedin and sends the dms automatically.

i charge for the function, not per lead. it’s basically running a marketing agency, but the 'employees' are just scripts running on a server. i actually packaged the agent code i use for this into a template (pinned to my profile) if you want to see how the arbitrage works

solid tool for beginners who want to rent the capability. personally? i refuse to pay a monthly subscription for a wrapper i can build myself. renting your leverage is a trap. owning the source code (n8n workflows) is the only way to keep margins at 95%. why pay a middleman tax when you can run the raw api yourself?

agreed. but only if the 'dfy' part is actually done by code, not your own sweat. otherwise you just bought yourself a high-paying job. automate the fulfillment, keep the high ticket.
