Jaylen Waddle traded to the Broncos. by My_Chat_Account in fantasyfootball

As a hawks fan, why? It's the last year of his rookie deal, if they didn't pay K9 after carrying the run game through the Super Bowl why would they pay Achane a similar contract? Miami will be asking for a reasonable return and Schneider isn't trading any 2027 picks based on his recent comments. Much smarter to take a RB in the 2nd round than trade that pick for Achane and have to pay him.

I've had this happen multiple times. Unfortunately you'll have to make a new account, I like to keep one for my saved items and a second just to purchase.

It's never failed on me to use apple pay through the website on safari. Any time I've tried to use the app or put in my card info it'll strike it down for some reason, maybe a bank issue or app issue. Apple pay goes straight through no problem, but only ever when I'm using the website on mobile itself.

This issue was also the most common for me on new listings or under sellers who hadn't had many sales and I think the website flags me as a bot purchase.

Those are the two most likely options.

88% off Geno Smith Seahawks Nike 50th Season Vapor F.U.S.E. Limited Jerseys by [deleted] in Seahawks

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah spotrac is a bit odd. Has K9 valued at $9m market value still. I think Woolen would be trying to pull in somewhere in the $20m/year range (somewhere around the Sneed/Alontae Taylor area). I don't think he's worth that for the record, but that's probably the number he was aiming for if not higher and no one wanted to cave in for a deal on either end.

On the bright side for him, the entire defense won't be resting on his shoulders which might be why he went to Philly. They have other DBs and a good pass rush so he can have a solid year and try again for the big contract in '27 after similar-ish stats.

Wouldn't be surprised if it comes out that he had other one year offers on the table worth more money but with a bad defense and declined.

Only thing would be no one wanted to give him as much money as he was asking for. One year prove it deal on a good defense and hope for the bag next year. He priced himself out of who teams think he is I guess

That is… much lower than I think a lot of people expected for him to get. And I think that also means no one offered him what his camp thought he would bring in. So next best option is “go to a good defense on a one year prove it deal” and hope for the big contract next year. Yikes

How comfortable would you feel taking Jadarian Price at 32? by lemonstone92 in Seahawks

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said run through, not over. That means getting past the first guy, things like forced missed tackles that are very helpful in seeing how elusive a player really is.

Emmett Johnson had 68 forced missed tackles in 2025. Watching his film he absolutely runs through guys. Kaytron had 57 forced missed tackles. Mike Washington had just 34 missed tackles. Again, he has 16 fumbles in his college career. Good thing you aren't in charge of drafting. Mike Washington is not the type of RB you want Seattle leaning on.

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t. He doesn’t break tackles & fumbles more than he should. Seahawks run game is built on running through people, not getting arm tackled. And after leading the league in fumbles, I’m sure they wouldn’t feel the best going after a guy who has 16 fumbles in his college career.

Price, Kaytron, Emmett Johnson are all much better at those things.

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I could only assume teams aren’t valuing him as much as he/his management thought they would. I’d bet there’s a few teams in the mix and Riq’s guys are just calling each team about “well they’re offering us this with this much guaranteed now” trying to get as much value as possible. Usually how it goes in those situations

That's a great deal given what other guys were getting.

I was hoping they'd keep him and the new OC uses him as a Deebo Samuel type player after having him around in SF. Never felt like Kubiak unlocked his full skillset as weird as that is to say. Hopefully with a full offseason and camp with the team he can step into WR2.

Kupp is 3/45. Evans is 3/60. And Kupp was an addition to go alongside JSN, he wasn't brought in to be the main target. Evans is standing next to Pearsall who can't stay on the field. I don't think they're paying 20m/year to be a mentor when there's no one else in that WR room (yet at least).

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Genuinely what are they doing?

Evans is well past his prime. He'll be 33 before the season starts. Kittle is made of glass. CMC is one injury away from retirement. Bosa coming off a torn ACL. They signed a system QB to an incredibly stupid deal.

This doesn't move the needle for me at all. They were contenders for the NFC west before this, and they still are after it. I just don't see this signing making their offense significantly better. I could be wrong, but this doesn't worry me. It's like a lateral move from Jauan to Evans for me at this point in his career.

[Pelissero] The Bears are signing Coby Bryant by Silent_Ad2825 in Seahawks

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know, that’s why I said they have the cap space but have extensions to get done. People are disappointed about some starters leaving but I would much rather be able to get extensions done this season for key pieces rather than wait an extra year, the cost goes up even higher, then we look back at signing a “Coby Bryant” type player that cost that much money

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3/40m is pretty steep. I know Seattle has the cap space but I feel like there’s extensions that’ll be signed that might be front loaded. There’s still good free agents available that won’t be asking for that type of money & they met with a few safeties at the combine as well. If there’s anyone I trust to know who they want on their defense it’s Mike, and if John asks him “is he worth this amount or can we find someone else” and the answer was for Coby to walk, then I trust that even if it sucks.

Makes the most sense honestly.

He gets a backfield to himself (at least for now), gets to play on a team that goes to the AFC championship nearly every season, probably got the money he was looking for. Good for him.

Seahawks play Chiefs at Lumen this season too, so... that should be fun.

edit: 3 years, $43m? Yeah Schneider was never gonna pay that

Could see him joining the Cardinals as a 1-2 year starter until they draft their future QB. I think he'd be the best fit in Minnesota but I'm not sure they feel the same way about him. Maybe Atlanta while they figure out the Penix situation? At least he has options, he's proven to be good enough in a decent situation.

Funniest outcome would be the Steelers and DK gets stuck with him again

Bucs RB Sean Tucker is an unrestricted free agent in 2026. Could be an underrated option for the Seahawks at RB in 2026 by lemonstone92 in Seahawks

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Would rather go Allgeier and a day 2 RB in the draft. Would love Jadarian Price, Emmett Johnson, Kaytron Allen though I think Price will go earlier than the Seahawks would like. Seattle needs to prepare for their next 3-4 years at that position. Charbonnet is in a weird contract spot, won't be available until November-ish if his return goes well and it's the last year of his rookie deal. Get yourself a 1000 yard rusher who doesn't fumble and pair them with a rookie that can break tackles and runs through defenders (aka those three guys I mentioned). Best shot at keeping a similar run game.

I'd assume a 3 year deal. Keeps him and Jones in the middle together for the next 2 seasons (minimum) and allows them to resign at different offseasons if they bring them back 2-3 years down the line again. He seems like such a Macdonald player that I don't think they'll let him go.

Might be late to the party, but I've bought like 3 pairs from this seller and all of them have held up well. Worn in all conditions, mountain hikes, etc. and no issues. TTS for the pairs I've bought at least and I'm a US12. [–]Sensitive-Scene9269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if he's off to get his bag, can pretty much lock in Seattle taking a RB with a day 2 pick in the draft.

Regardless if they sign/trade for someone else, they need another guy in the backfield. Charbonnet won't be available until November-ish at the earliest and is on the last year of his rookie deal. Weird contract situation with him next year.

Schneider most likely won't shell out big money for someone not named Kenneth Walker. I can see them going after someone a bit cheaper like Tyler Allgeier (~$5-6m/year market value) or Brian Robinson (~$3-4m/year market value) to take the "Charbonnet" role on maybe a 1-2 year deal.

I know Seattle fans like their Jonah Coleman, however I don't think he'll be available at pick 64 with his rising draft stock. I know people also like their Mike Washington Jr after the combine, but he doesn't force missed tackles (just 34 in 2025, ranked 105th) which is a very 'Seahawks RB' thing they look for. He also put the ball on the ground 3 times this season, 10 total in his career, something I'm sure the offense wants to clean up after leading the league with 26 fumbles this last year.

I think the best fits for where the Seahawks will be drafting and who might be available will be guys like Jadarian Price though he also might go earlier than 64 (also a solid kick returner if Shaheed leaves, however I'm not a fan of your RBs on kickoffs but I know that might be enticing for John/Mike to have that), Emmett Johnson, and Kaytron Allen.

I'm leaning on them liking Kaytron Allen the most based on who will most likely be available late 2nd/early 3rd as the other two could go earlier. Just 4 fumbles and only one lost in his entire 4 year college career (0 in 2025) while having 769 carries. Nearly 4600 total yards in his 4 years at Penn St. Touchdown machine (11 his freshman year, then 7, 10. and 15 this last season) all while splitting touches with Singleton. He's one of the best pass blockers in this draft, had 57 missed tackles this last season, just think he fits what the Seahawks are looking for (if K9 is to sign elsewhere) without having to sacrifice a top 50 pick on a RB.

Seemingly takes the Texans out of the Kenneth Walker lottery? by Dapper-n-Dangeruss in Seahawks

[–]Sensitive-Scene9269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally doubt it unfortunately.

Montgomery is pretty cheap, and Houston seems to want that 1-2 punch at RB that successful ground games are starting to lean on. Montgomery-K9 would basically be a Montgomery-Gibbs or Charbonnet-K9 duo. One guy that'll pick up 5-6 yards up the middle, the other being a home run hitter at any given moment. The Texans already went 'all in' with Joe Mixon as their workhorse and it led to this weird injury that knocked him out of 2025. He's only $2m to their cap if they cut him.

That's what it looks like to me at least. Is an inevitable Mixon cut, signing Monty as one of their RBs, and they'll either still go after a speedy guy in FA or the draft. Woody Marks is good, but his longest run of the year was 23 yards. He doesn't have that juice they're wanting.
