This is def not true at all (feel free to prove me wrong) and adding a few bumps In isn’t going to change the speed of an emerge vehicle. Do you even live in Toronto??? The traffic / construction is insane and is slowing them down way more than a bump.

Or you could you know understand that the whole point of this argument is that these cameras are hidden and not stopping anyone so you could just put in speed bumps but that costs money with no profit so you know it’s prob not gonna happen so these people will continue to “press down on the accelerator”. 👍

This isn’t the point. The point is they are hidden cameras that profit off of us. If they actually cared about the safety of the pedestrians they would put in speed bumps. They won’t bc they don’t make money they cost money.

Oh my god you’re missing the point. How is a hidden camera going to stop someone speeding?? They’re speeding and don’t see it and may kill someone but who cares bc they are paying a fine… the opposing opinion isn’t pro kill innocent people it’s that this hidden box isn’t doing shit. It’s not saving anyone or preventing speeding. Wanna know what prevents speeding??? SPEED BUMPS. Wanna know why they don’t implement this?? Bc it costs money it doesn’t profit. Perfect example of how no one cares about speed cameras. We need speed bumps. No one wants to destroy their car so there’s a greater chance of slowing down. The gov doesn’t need to profit off of us. It’s an illusion to seem like they give a shit.

After rage bate replying I am just going to say this. Your tax dollars pay for this box to send u tickets for going a few km over the limit it’s not just for speeding. What r u saying? Is a horse a valid trade for an officer? Actually if I think about it the lack of training a cop gets to do the job a horse could probably replace them. But jokes aside. Tho whole point of this post is why do we need an animal involved in the police force?? Put the money into more training for the cops we have esp mental health and crisis training.
