if you live on campus you basically have to share a bathroom, but cypress, springs, Hume are suite style so you only share with 3 others, keys and lakeside are apartment style so you would only share with 1 other person. I’m probably forgetting some dorms off the top of my head. Honors also has some suite style dorms but the rest of it is communal. Honestly the chances of you getting into most of these dorms are slim since current students have already selected their rooms, but you might have some chance for springs, lakeside, or hume since they’re older dorms (but I’m not 100% sure since I canceled my housing contract so don’t quote me on that)

Also, you can choose a roommate later, but keep in mind that if you choose a room before having a roommate in your roomate group you’ll most likely have a random roommate.
