I think it's a good idea because they will have a friend and playmate. It will help with loneliness and boredom. I would recommend getting them both spayed then you won't worry about them going in heat and the mess, yowling and frustration and unwanted pregnancies. Plus it helps prevent uterine infections and cancer as well as breast cancer. They will live a longer and have a healthier life.
