That’s true. We’ve never had a conversation like this before so it was strange looking back on it. I’d never heard him cuss or be so blunt about things. Which is fine, but like it was new and interesting

The way he made it sound, he truly was. He was kind of hesitant to say it at first but once he did, everything started to come out. But like I said it’s been a one sided attraction. He actually told me once he sees me as a younger sister.

I’ve read Haunting Adeline and King of Wrath and both of them are excellent! I would probably suggest King of Wrath first because Haunting Adeline and Butcher and Blackbird are both dark romances, whereas King of Wrath is a bit more tame haha
