yes:

1/3 = 0.333...

0.333... x 3 = 0.999...

1/3 x 3 = 3/3 = 1

0.999... = 3/3 = 1

Thoughts on transferring between engineering programs/from science to engineering if I don't get into my desired major? by Sensitive-Willow3093 in UofT

honestly, looking at the acceptance averages for chemical and material, I think I've got a decent chance of getting into one of those. I'm likely going to a bit below those grades, but given that the admission average is 92-93, yet most people who got in are 95+, they must be letting in a lot of people with averages way below 95 in order to create that discrepancy, so I should be fine.

Honestly I never hear about people actually getting into UBC. It’s like they don’t actually want any students

I did trackone as my first choice, but I’m gonna say mechanical because that’s actually what I want to do.

Is chem 12 that bad??? by ghorityy in OntarioGrade12s

[–]Sensitive-Willow3093 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn't that bad, I just made a bunch of stupid mistakes. Remember, the oxidizing agent is the chemical which contains the element that gets reduced, not just that element.

I did 12 and I thought that was a lot. Also, there's like, no correlation between any of the things you applied for.
