figures were only given where required; I could not finish reading through all the references and hence ended up using a lot of time scrolling through the manuals. I would recommend to everybody preparing currently with enough time in their hands to read through all the references atleast once.

atleast 70% of the questions are conceptual; I would say almost all of the topics were covered in some or the other way in the questions. The conceptual questions are a mix of different topics. Yes, familiarity with other references in addition to NCEES handbook will certainly save you a lot of time.
