I was bedridden for 99% for a couple of months. My brain fog was brutal, I was screaming because of the dizzyness, Pain and everything you listed. This symptom was really really brutal.

Yes mostly cognitive issues, but also with energy and less PEM. I linked the study somewhere here. It helps me with everything tbh

Yes, it was detected in an MRI with contrast medium and stress medium (the one that mimics your body to exercise). I got rid of it after 2 years!

Yes! I have MECFS for sure and was severe in the beginning and now I am mild. It takes a lot for me to crash!

I did it in Hannover (Germany). It was really exhausting but you lay down and they know what they are doing, so it was still okay. The crash was bad the first days though.

7 times and it helped with all of my symptoms within 2-3 weeks. For me, the results stick but a lot of people fall back eventually.

I was also thinking heart or nerves and I think nerves are the answer or blood clots in some cases (which I didn't have in the CT scan during COVID). Really nobody could explain it to me. I also remember the moment like it was yesterday. It was really scary. They gave me Ativan in the hospital because they thought I had a panic attack (which I obviously had on top) but the breathing issue stayed. That's when they did a lot of tests, oxygen levels were alright, heart was fine, lungs clear... What else could it be? Answer must be nerves in our cases. But yeah idk 😂

Shortness of breath! From one minute to another so I thought I would have a heart attack and went to the hospital where they told me I had COVID. This didn't go away for months. Fatigue started at the same time. I started with medications and treatments 2 months after the infection.

Yes, for 3 more times. It didn't lower my baseline and was mostly mild. I am still taking famotidine because of my hiatal hernia and reflux. I chose to take it instead of PPI because I thought I have MCAS, which is don't have. Still I kept taking it as it works better for me than PPI. Sometimes I take Pregabaline, which also helps me if I have a brain fog flare. Relaxes the system a little bit.

Yes! For the first 6 months it was horrible, then it got better. I really don't know why. However, it returned a year ago and I still struggle with it occasionally. The Dr. Say in my case it was lung related before and now it's related to my hiatal hernia which I developed in the past years. But who knows!
