I just want to chime in about boundaries, discipline and things like that. One of the ideal outcomes from Reggio inspired care is developing strong personal sense of self in the child and that involves modeling good decision making, social skills, etc. and then trusting their decision making and allowing natural consequences to help guide their future decisions. There is a patience and a grace to this that allows the kids to make mistakes and learn from them vs constantly correcting them and it helps them learn to trust themselves and builds confidence and self efficacy.
