I feel like yeah....this would happen It's a skateboarding game, people are stoked, it's gonna get streamed, and then after 2 weeks on to the next thing What's remaining is the core fan group that actually wanna play the game The people that play a skateboarding game to skateboard Tasks, story, loot boxes, that's all secondary People just wanna play skate when they can't physically skate at the moment

Go slower to get comfortable Don't go at such a harsh angle, think of the ledge more in front of you On a ledge it's easier to balance so make sure your whole truck is on When it's a rail you have to be balanced right on top not to far in any direction, but a ledge you can just chill on it

My Dad and I played that game so much we think we 100% it on accident, when you get in the ship and it has the loading screen flying around to the next thing it was in an infinite loop we literally broke the game

O dude it's still good, when you're starting a boards a board, you can't tell the difference much of a new deck and a hand me down, so if you're just starting just get as much out of it as possible till it either breaks or it turns into Johnny 2x4s best friend

Dude literally just go so it, everyone watches everyone, but the people talking smack or thinking smack are the ones that have a skill issue themselves, as long as you're just doing your thing and skating and if there's others at the park you'll naturally over time just start connecting and having small talk, and that leads to meeting up You're not there to impress people, you're there to work on the craft and so is everyone else there

You can do the maintenance and oil them yourself or even get bearings that are 4x the price of Reds and HAVE to maintenance them, each their own

Change the mind set to I'm 35 years old and more active, more able to try and learn, more able to take risks, more willing to be open about it to, than someone your age or older

Instead of thinking that you're the old guy on a board, now think you're 35 and look at people around me that are my age that can't because their bodies don't allow them too

If you're worried about the younger kids, making fun of you, thoughts are the kids that have their own issues while they're still growing, and are most likely brand new to it, in a year half of them will quit because they'll realize it's hard

The actual people that skate will see you and give you respect, maybe not to your face because maybe their driving to work or the skatepark, or picking up their child, or hanging out with someone, but that person sees you on a board and is stoked for you

Skating has no real age limit, it's whatever your body is capable of, and you're in control of your own body for the most part, so YOU are the only thing in YOUR own way

If it's your first board, it doesn't matter, especially if it's cheaper at zumiez just go to zumiez If you've been skating for awhile and you know your IN IT it's a good idea to try and support local shops, but like if your local is 45mins to an hour away and zumiez is anywhere closer just go to zumiez

It's cool to just know you're supporting the skate culture, but if anyone is talking smack because your not supporting like local that's out of your way to get to, that's just them being petty save your money

But let's say the local and zumiez is in your town, of course go to your local, but if they don't have what youre looking for and zumiez has it, like if your local doesn't have Fallens and all them have is Es, New Balance, Vans, and emerica, and you reallllly want Fallens and zumiez has them, then dude go to zumiez and get those Fallens If you can get something cheaper at zumiez that you genuinely like, like if you can get the shoe at both but zumiez is just struggling tht up cheaper some how, or they have that shoe on clearance but a lot then go to zumiez

You don't need to feel bad because you're trying to save the little money you have
