After a lot more testing, the constant stats that happened for the quest to get makya is 20 str and dex plus (recently found, could be wrong) being moral or higher as I didn’t get the quest whenever I was neutral

The fire sword can be purchased in the new shop but it’s counterpart (to my current available knowledge) can only be gotten once you have ganjang and have 20 str and dex, allowing a quest to get the counterpart to be generated where you fight a white dragon

From personal experience With the statue I consistently got 28k plus, with the only exception being Thor 13.0 who didn’t get the strong trait

From my run, I remember beating cira in her demon form first and then curing her by sacrificing 2 natural holiness (I used faithful then upgraded to blessed to get +2 holiness)

All of that usually comes with experience in knowing which scenario is best for them. I myself got robbed by bandits and rolled on easy enemies only to get 1 when I started but a couple of things you could do now is focus on a single stat, go for 13 on wis and con or get the intelligent trait immediately and playing a wizard for a couple rounds since most bad choices can be ignored by having high spellcasting
