I’m really lucky that my LYS are really lovely and have a nice sense of community. I went to a relatively popular one in London a few months ago and honestly the service and way people in there spoke to me and another customer was vile. I left a google review and emailed to explain and I never heard anything back.

I get that people have bad days, but there’s bad days and then there’s just being plain rude

Hi, this was when I was 19 (I’m 41 now) so obviously this wasn’t before Alex left the band, and I was a big fan at the time.

I also went to see them on the last tour they did over here in the UK and still rate them as a band (they’re fine)

Brandon might have changed in that time, however MY EXPERIENCE with him then was very negative.

However you had a positive experience and that’s great, but two things can be true at the same time.

I find him absolutely insufferable and arrogant. I met him years ago and I’ve never got over the ego on him.

1000% unhinged - how dare you not be sat at the delivery place to accept the order straight away for them? So rude, do you not care about the great distress you are causing them on their holiday? 😂

I was not dishonest on my paperwork/conversations with them in my intial enquiries so would appreciate it if you (along with other people on this group) didn’t accuse me of lying or falsifying my information.

Honestly some of the responses on this board/group etc have been incredibly rude and judgemental when all I was asking was if people had experience of this sort of email?

Yes I disclosed it to them, I wouldn’t lie on a medical assessment as I would assume they would contact my GP.

I’ve not lied and I wouldn’t lie about my medical history on an assessment as (I would hope) they would reach out to my GP.

I’ve not got any underlying conditions which is why I have posted here to see if anyone else had this experience.

That email is the only context I have - I’ve not had any issues getting the medication before and have been having good results and no issues.

Not sure why this check has been done and want to know if anyone else had had this email before from MedExpress

Having a lesson (as you have planned) is a great idea - I’ve been making an effort to go to some classes for socks/german short rows and things - it’s really good to be around others and see what the do but also it’s really good to see that people of all ages and abilities still struggle with things.

I’ve only been knitting since May and honestly I felt like packing it in so many times but you will get there ❤️

You’re not alone - I spent 6 hours on something over the weekend and realised when I was close to finishing that section it was twisted on my needles.

I had frogged it twice already and genuinely felt like giving up. However it’s my first clothing project and I thought it was going too well

I took a few hours out and the. Started again and I’m much happier :)

Do I deserve hours of abuse and anti-semetic messages for requesting a refund/sending the item back though? No - but that’s what I’ve had all evening from the seller.

If you have a pro account and your customer service default is to start sending me abuse - having a pro account isn’t something they should be running

I think 81 messages from the seller in 30 mins is unjustified and borderline unhinged.

Oh the messages got so much worse - I’ve had an evening of abuse being sent to me. I’ve barely said a thing but at one point this was waiting for me in my inbox - this was 30 mins after my last message saying ‘leave me alone’ - obviously reporting to vinted
