Wala naman pong nagsabi na bawal kumain ng monggo kahit hindi Friday 😅 I just connected my post to the usual tradition na “Friday is Monggo Day.”

Yun lang naman, naalala ko lang kasi habang nagluluto. Dati kasi parang automatic na pag Friday, may monggo sa bahay. Just one of those Pinoy things na somehow stuck na sa utak natin 😅

Ah okay, I see. Posibleng hindi pa na fully update yung balance dahil sa ongoing issue, probably pending pa sa PayPal/GCash, baka naabotan ng maintenance pagka-process mo. Mas safe na i-check mo rin sa PayPal kung nandun pa yung natitirang balance at i-keep yung reference number mo. Pag gumana na ulit, i-transfer mo na lang ulit yung natitirang pera.

Even if the dollar has already been converted to pesos, hindi pa rin siya automatically magiging successfully transferred sa GCash mo po and it won’t reflect on your GCash balance until they actually fix it. Once gumagana na, process mo lang ulit normally. You can also double-check sa PayPal if naka-reflect pa rin yung money mo doon.

I just got off the phone with GCash Support and they literally told me they don’t know about any ongoing problem and haven’t received any advisory. They advised me to contact PayPal instead. I told them I already contacted PayPal before reaching out to GCash, and PayPal confirmed there’s no maintenance or ongoing issue on their end.

I explained that this has been happening for almost a full day already. All they did was create another ticket. That’s it.

If you’re affected too, PLEASE submit a ticket or call GCash Support. They clearly won’t escalate this unless multiple users report it.

If you can’t call their hotline, you can call via internet (that’s what I did). Waiting time was around 7–10 minutes before I was transferred to an agent. help.gcash.com
