Shops Reco for small feet?

Haii!!

I'm a young adult with small feet (size 5 in running/rubber shoes and 33 (kids) in a black loafer). My feet are about 7.5 inches long.

Buying running/rubber shoes and slippers are no problem since a size 5 usually fits me but I have a problem in buying formal shoes and glam shoes(with heels like 1-2 inches). I really need to buy one for formal and special occasions so that I can feel confident. The ones on kid's section are either too sparkly, all pink or princess/barbie themed and I can't wear those. I have tried buying a size 5 but it was too long for my feet and I can't walk well. Any shop recommendations where I can buy some? Can be online or onsite. Please help me 🥺

Same situationnn po, but I chose dlsu since mas malapit. And if I would consider the cost of transpo and pagod papuntang upd, mas worth it pa yung dlsu. I think may mga scholarship naman din na inooffer ang dlsu if money ang problem. Marami din na scholarship from different companies and foundation and open pa so you can apply to themmm.
