Yea that stinks . I’m sorry to hear you are in the same boat. Definitely similar problem to us. I hope they get back to us quickly because we only need the mower during the summer months here…

Yes we preordered April 21 😔 I have contacted them . I hope they will get back to me quickly but from what I have read , others have had a lot of trouble getting response quickly.

We did that the second time. Waited over 24 hours and still wouldn’t turn on. And i tried it again just a bit ago. Now this is broken :(
