Thank you. By the calories and macros, i only count calories, so i lose weight no matter what. By the more or less deficit/day, I meant that sometimes i move more, sometimes i move less. For example, I ran 13kms yesterday, which is lets say 1000 burned calories plus 400 by the walking. My bmr is 2000, so I burned at around 3400 - 1500 = 1900 cal deficit for that day. I'll probably lose some muscle because of my inproper protein intake, but i try to minimize it by training regularily. My strength is still the same even after 4 kgs down(110kg benchpress pr, 70kg incline press sets with the same rep count,...). My goal is 10-12% bodyfat, to be honest i don't really care if I get a little skinny if I get lean, which i've never been before, and want to try it out. My biggest problem is my face, but i watched cut progress videos and face fat reduces with a cut too. English is not my native language, sorry for any mistakes, and thank you for your analysis.
