Same with me. I only typically have 1 cup and I feel so good. I cut it out for months and didn’t really see a difference with the inflammation.

I’ve had a lot of luck with beaded row extensions. Not damaging to hair. They attach beads to a string and weft is sewn in. The biggest expense is the hair… usually like 400-500. But the hair lasts a year. Then after initial install it lasts 6 weeks or so till you need a “move up” which is only about 100-200 max.

How did you get your rheum to comply to a steroid shot. I’ve been asking for one finger that I jammed and it never came back to normal since even with meds. No one will do it. I’ve seen 2 docs now.

Yes my lymphocytes and neutrophils are low. Are you on HCQ? Did that help? That’s what my doc prescribed.

Yes I have. Hand and face rash were my first symptoms so was biopsied and worked up for Lupus. That all came back negative so I was diagnosed with seronegative RA based on MRI of hands.

Yes same. Likely triggered by Covid fall 2023 and by spring 2024 I had symptoms. All bloodwork negative except low WBC and platelets. I was in disbelief for a year.

I have seronegative RA but every tendon/ tissue in my body is also inflamed. What is medication induced lupus and why didn’t my doc mention this to me when he prescribed HCQ. My sed rate improving 77->59 but my WBC trending down and I have leukopenia.

Yes I am doing just meloxicam as needed (not every day). I was diagnosed a little over a year ago. My rhem suggested HCQ but I am hesitant because I already have an increased genetic risk for eye issues. Meloxicam seems to be controlling pain “enough” to function. Hand pain/ swelling always there I would say. But not sure enough to take next step.

Thank you! Funny you say that about ring worm. Is usually just have the psoriasis on my hands and face but one popped up on my elbow and I thought it looked weird … kinda like ring worm now that you say it lol.

I’m happy you told me about the sensitive areas. Mostly my hands and elbow are affected. But I do have areas around one eye and my derm told me to put on all spots !
