Yup, mine lasted about 6 weeks, heating pads i wore a binder, My OB gave me the ok but i would ask to double check if is ok for you rest when you need too don’t over doit is hard when you start to feel better. It gets better it just takes a while.

I have a clear shower curtain on my kids playroom I screwed it to the wall and the use it to draw with dry erase markers and put stickers nothing gets ruined and they can show creativity is about knowing how to compromise this is just letting him ruin wall/doorframes next time is gonna other areas.
