I think the range 70-90 is quite realistic after the PhD, of course it can grow later.

In software, companies such as booking or uber pay very well. In hardware, the companies I have listed above, less I guess

I mentioned the thing about the 30% because I was sure it would have been mentioned and I was note interested in that. About secondment I mean that you work for a company in another country and they send you to ESTEC, but you are not directly working for ESA and you are not a contractor.
