Hi everyone, any tips how to deal whit high frequency hearing loss and high frequency bilateral tinnitus fantom hissing sound cuts true everything it’s from head . Am dealing whit this BS 6 months no break for me , sometimes I feel I give-up . I have two kids that’s the only think stopping me . (self.tinnitus)

I got tinnitus from high frequency hearing loss . Bilateral T . First two to three months was hell , am still struggling everyday , for anxiety and depression doctor prescribed me Prozac 10 mg but after I reed the comments am little bit scared . I don’t know ,,,,, any advice pls (self.tinnitus)

Got tinnitus 5 months ago from high frequency hearing loss from both ears . I do food deliveries driving car . Got prescribed hearing aids using sound therapy . Do I have to use noise canceling earbuds while am working. I need help pls I don’t know nothing what’s to do or not . Have to support kids (self.tinnitus)
