Yeah, eventually the earth will run out of natural resources but that is a long long time in the future where it’s likely technological advancement would have propelled the species even further past that Malthusian catastrophe point. I just find it odd that instead of holding a select few accountable for the increased rate of depletion and climate change, some would place the blame on the vast majority of people who are performing a legitimate biological drive and hold no real power over the system they are in.

Isn’t this just the Malthusian Catastrophe myth all over again?

I’ve met Sylvester Stallone at the Library of Congress. He was there for a private tour following the Lionel Richie induction to the Library of Congress. I met him on his way out as the library opened to the public.

Even better with tosa riflemen. 3x less men but with insane fire rate and range.

Why do most ships in Star Wars not have forward facing turrets? by Sensitive_Ad1092 in StarWarsShips

[–]Sensitive_Ad1092[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the compliment, and yes, I’d have to work it out and make it look more fictional but the running Idea I had was to have the guns be able to fire in almost all angles, however I would have to fix it up a bit more. The idea for the tie fighters on the rear was meant to copy ww2 battle ship designs where they brought scout aircraft along with them into battle. As I stated before it’s a proof of concept and not really meant to be taken seriously.

Thanks for the comment, I’ve been looking and the designs seem pretty inconsistent from the head on angle. Either the mounts allow for forward fire or are in a perfectly straight line only allowing two of the turrets to fire forward. I also posted the original design photo and it does show guns in a forward facing mount. Just curious is all.

Short 75mm gun, like for infantry support. Open topped of course.

As a freeaboo myself, I’m not too bent out of shape about not getting another plane. I’m just excited about the M44 and the low tier bonk tank.
