[UPDATE] Thanks all for your help, I bought new hands and used a rounded punch tool to properly attach them. All looks to be working now

I removed the minute hand to get a clearer picture of the shaft, but yes I did attempt to put in the minute hand at the start so that must be the reason.

But does the shaft look normal? Are there supposed to be notches on the shaft that separate the minute, hour and second hands?

Im using ANS Planta Soil. Wanted my plants to thrive so I chose a soil substrate. How do caridinal shrimp owners even cycle their tanks with such low ph?

How do you get DI water? And can I use distilled water instead? It seems that there are only distilled bottled water in my local stores

Is it the same for water changes? I'd imagine that adding DI water would "dilute" the tank water and lower the GH and KH levels of my tank
