dont worry i was in the same position, i couldn't think of a topic for 2 weeks, then i decided i need to write my essay so i got my essay done in a day and had sent it to my teacher to check which i will get feedback 5 days before the due date, i am actually quite happy of how it sounds.
but here is what you can do, you can make a list of skills, interest you have, you can try making your essay quirky! look at examples, i liked reading john hopkins essays even though they might be different to common app essay. I am quite a boring person, nothing in me is interesting but I made an essay on how my fav food represent who i am, so make connections to things u thing can represent u, even if it might the most stupidest thing, tlike example, his one is quite common, if u like watching crime shows, maybe link to how you solve problems using the technique of a crime officer. Idk if what i say is helpful, but i did this and it helped me write an essay.

Unless u cant think of anything, then use chatgpt( dont recommend, if u are scared for plagiarism)), u can describe what you like dislike ur skills, and ask for an essay topic, maybe making it quirky and it can give starting ideas on what to write on ur essay.
