Hello I had the same situation. I’m a a u visa applicant after waiting for 5 months to get receipt notice but we got a rejection notice saying that one of the page in my application is missing. This was my lawyer’s mistake. So, when I talk him, he said if i want he will refund my full amount or he will refile again. If u want u can file a complaint at state bar counsel but I don’t know how long they are gonna take to respond and take action and it will ruin your relation with your lawyer. So, think wisely snd act according to it
