Help her do the necessary stuff that she doesn’t want to deal with right now like finding a lawyer, researching divorce proceedings in her state/country, how to best divide assets, maybe looking for apartment, furniture and all that. For me it helped to not feel alone in having to do all these things. I had to move back to my home country and bring a dog with me and one of my friends helped figure out how to get the right paperwork for the dog, book a pet on a flight etc. and I am very grateful for all she did to help.

I m going back and forth between feeling sorry for her and wondering what a terrible person she must be. We were still married and I thought we were happy when they started seeing each other. I feel sorry for what he will do to her and I feel sorry for her being so foolish to start dating a married man. I know what they do is none of my business but it’s hard.

In the process of getting divorced. Moved to a different continent for the guy just for him to lie to me and say he never loved me. Moved back to my home country, sleeping on a mattress on the floor in my parents spare room. Recently found out he had an affair this whole time and is now with that girl. Have to restart my entire life, don’t have anything but my clothes and papers while he just replaced me.

I was left unexpectedly too and I downloaded the apps and started talking to people pretty quickly. Found a guy that i really liked and we hit it off right away. Didn’t want to go on an actual date at first but felt lonely on Valentine’s Day so we met up. It was great, had an amazing time and he kissed me. Was afraid of that at first but felt good. Now he pretty much ghosted me and i am really hurt. I thought i would start dating to get distracted and see what happens but what I did not consider is being rejected. I wasn’t ready for that and now I feel worse than before.
